The dr is ok what sucks is the counter help they called c da 7th 0⁹A12me to verify my apointment 3 times and when i showed to register they told me to go there was no appt. For me and reschedule me till next month the lady didnt want to hear me or look in the computer to see what happened it end up me geting a call from you to remind me about
My appt. I told whoever called me what happened she check and found they have two charts for my self

The procedure went as expected. My low rating was based on 2 things. 1) the receptionist call to remind me of my appt. was difficult. Her communication skills lacked severely, and I had need to scold her to provide me all the information, who was she representing, what was the appt. for and to speak clearly and enunciate her words. 2) I am asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Why? We are in the waiting area for 20 minutes, then placed in a room for 30 minutes, before the doctor arrives. If I arrive on time, I expect to be seen on time. My time is as valuable if not more.
