The procedure went as expected. My low rating was based on 2 things. 1) the receptionist call to remind me of my appt. was difficult. Her communication skills lacked severely, and I had need to scold her to provide me all the information, who was she representing, what was the appt. for and to speak clearly and enunciate her words. 2) I am asked to arrive 15 minutes early. Why? We are in the waiting area for 20 minutes, then placed in a room for 30 minutes, before the doctor arrives. If I arrive on time, I expect to be seen on time. My time is as valuable if not more.

I came in with foot and heal pain. Dr. Frame took x-rays to make sure I had not cracked or broken any bones in my foot. He explained that this will take months to heal. He was very pleased that I had gone to the Good Feet Store and had gotten foot support and the vibrator was also good.
If things get worse, he told me to come back.

I've been going to Dr frame since 2014, he has fixed me, Dr frame is a good listener,, when I hurt walking and there's bone spurs I know I tell him and does what he does best he's a good foot and ankle specialist
