Had terrible heel pain. Dr Strange was able to alleviate it immediately. He did a great job and I feel so much better

My experience as a new patient was disappointing. The front office staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the check-in process.
Although my insurance had already been verified, I was told I could not be seen because I did not have a physical insurance card. I offered to provide a digital copy via email, but Eunice at the front desk refused without providing any clear explanation other than stating it was “company policy.”
When I asked to speak with a manager, Eunice rolled her eyes while explaining why I could not be seen. While I waited in the lobby, she openly discussed my situation with others at the front desk, which felt disrespectful and inappropriate.
Ironically, when the manager came out, she accepted the exact solution I had originally offered and simply had me email my digital insurance card. This resolved the issue immediately.
Unfortunately, this was not a positive first impression. I will not be returning and would not recommend this practice to others. Healthcare organizations should prioritize patient service and professionalism. When patients feel dismissed rather than supported, it creates an experience that discourages them from coming back. I would not recommend this location.

I take my brother and he’s special needs and Jen and the dr are so nice to him and to myself . Real good experience fur him because I know he hates to go to alb but he will ti see them . Thank you so much

Dr. Strange was very professional and personable. We had a great conversation while he worked on my big toe (partial nail removal). After numbing my toe I felt no pain during the procedure. He was thorough with aftercare instructions and encouraged me to call with any concerns or problems. He explained how the chemical used would prevent a portion of the nail from growing back.
I’m very satisfied with the quality of care and the professionalism.

Dr. Wrege is a very pleasant provider and very knowledgeable in his profession. He is kind and concerned for my well being with my feet. I appreciate so very much the skills that he has to take care of my feet pains.

I called to ask if they do medi-pedi for pre-diabetic and the lady set up and appointment. They clipped my nails and then informed me that I didn't qualify for insurance to cover it. To me that is messed up. They took good care of me despite what and how it happened.

Wonderful practce, very caring. I had something in the bottom of my foot . Dr. Kobos removed it quickly and pAinlessly!
i am continuing to go to Dr Kobos to have my nails trimmed.. i highly recommend this office.
