I had the most horrible experience today with Sandra, the business manager, at Foot $ & Ankle specialist on Juan Tabo. A few years ago I went to see them for an orthotic for my shoe. They first put some sort of cast on me, I thought my let is not broke. Turns out their cheap help didn't know what she was doing. So I went back again to start over, they did some process where I step on foam. Then they tell me my insurance will not cover this. I spoke to Sandra and all she did was argue with me like I was some dumb Mexican. I spoke to United Health Care and I do have coverage with zero out of pocket. They demanded me to pay 09-26-23 or they would turn me into the credit bureau. Very rude woman. United Health Care had to call them to get this cleared up, as Sandra was a witch and a know it all. I worked in the health field, owned my own insurance agency. I am covered. Please people defend yourself against tyrants!!! Joseph Herrera I will never return to this facility, Dr. Frame was a kind and gentle man, his staff are the problem.
