Was a wait, she had a.m. surgery but I Waited and im glad I did, she took my concerns seriously and removed a callous as we talked, asked tech for x rays, explained her concerns for my diabetic health. She examined and explained the x rays and gave her recommendations till next visit. She made her findings and suggestions clear. We have a scheduled follow-up and I feel good about it. Thanks Sharon

I had my first appointment with Dr Morlock today - Dr Morlock was very thorough with her exam and analysis of my foot problems. She probed into things my regular doctor had not checked and identified additional tests to be completed. I recommend Dr Morlock as a very competent Dr for resolving foot and ankle problems.

Check-in and Check-out staff were very professional and efficient. Med Tech was very knowledgeable and professional.
Dr. Frame examined my feet since I’m diabetic. Last visit he suggested getting 8-15 mmHg compression socks to help reduce swelling. They did help reduce the swelling. Dr. Frame has a great bed-side manor. Thank you.

Dr Frame was so awesome! Very personable, friendly, no arrogance at all like so MANY doctors! And he knew his stuff. Had some great diagnostic tools and explained everything in laymans terms. Keegan was very good as well. Overall about as good a doctor visit as could be. The office was clean and comfortable and front desk people were good also. 2 thumbs up!

My experience as a new patient was disappointing. The front office staff was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the check-in process.
Although my insurance had already been verified, I was told I could not be seen because I did not have a physical insurance card. I offered to provide a digital copy via email, but Eunice at the front desk refused without providing any clear explanation other than stating it was “company policy.”
When I asked to speak with a manager, Eunice rolled her eyes while explaining why I could not be seen. While I waited in the lobby, she openly discussed my situation with others at the front desk, which felt disrespectful and inappropriate.
Ironically, when the manager came out, she accepted the exact solution I had originally offered and simply had me email my digital insurance card. This resolved the issue immediately.
Unfortunately, this was not a positive first impression. I will not be returning and would not recommend this practice to others. Healthcare organizations should prioritize patient service and professionalism. When patients feel dismissed rather than supported, it creates an experience that discourages them from coming back. I would not recommend this location.

Very thorough & staff was very Professional & friendly.
